Student Life

Charlotte, 2022 RMF Fellow:

“Being able to perform on stage with my chamber group…was one of the best feelings in the world. I got so involved in the music in that moment that I forgot everything else and just played.”

Anonymous, 2022 RMF Fellow:

“It's an incredible privilege to have the opportunity to listen to the world-class faculty perform every weekend.”

One of the best experiences was being able to meet new friends, play with them, speak in English with them, laugh with them... I can only say that these three weeks that I have spent there, I will never forget them, just like my new friends.
— Micaela, 2022 RMF Fellow
Being surrounded by top-level musicians and faculty reinforced to me why I want to be a musician and why chamber music has a special place in my heart.
— Daniel, 2018 RMF Fellow
Because I was here, I learned how to face my fear of performing!
— Avagail, 2019 RMF Fellow
The growth I’ve had as a player throughout my time here has been astounding!
— Anonymous, 2018 RMF Fellow

Student Accommodations

All students and faculty reside on the newly constructed Festival grounds, where all classes, meals, and many on-campus performances take place. Surrounded by two non-connected A-frame cabins, one on each side, the Mainhouse (large structure in the center) serves as a dining hall and as the main performance venue. Each A-frame cabin serves as student accommodation quarters, with each cabin sleeping 10-14 students.
